How do scratchers work?
Simply purchase a pack of scratchers. All the basic information is included on the front, including meal/activity, price range, length, and time of day. Scratch off the gold paint to reveal a QR code which brings you to a page which reveals the destination and associated offer. You’ll be sent an email with your voucher which you’ll need to show to an employee at your destination!
How long are scratchers valid for?
Most offers have a 30-day period from the time you reveal the offer to be used. However, we cannot guarantee the establishment will accept the offer if a significant amount of time has elapsed from the purchase of your pack. The voucher will specify an expiry date.
The QR code won’t scan, what do I do?
Email us with the 12 digit code on the back of your scratcher and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can with a link to your offer!
